SUMMARY:Multi-GP Official Qualifier Race
DESCRIPTION:On the 2nd Sunday of each month\, NVRC will be hosting Multi-GP Drone Qualifier Races from 9:00 am to 4:00pm. The gate setups for these races takes a little less than half of the field\, and fixed wing pilots who are able to work around that ground obstacle are welcome to come fly between race heats. \nOfficial Qualifier races on June 11th and July 9th \n  \nFPV Racing at NVRC

DESCRIPTION:In our new FPV format\, we are going to dedicate the second Sunday of each month as an FPV Field Day at Poplar Ford Field. Fixed wing line of sight RC activities are still permitted\, but need to give way for FPV fixed wing or multi-rotor activities which can include setting up race gates on the runway. \nOn these FPV Field Days\, all NVRC members wishing to fly fixed wing line of sight are welcome to use the Lorton Field – even if you do not have the normal Lorton membership tag on your badge.

DESCRIPTION:The NVRC Holiday Banquet will be held at the clubhouse in our president’s neighborhood from 5pm to 8pm. Barbeque will be served\, gifts will be exchanged\, laughter will occur\, and all members\, spouses\, children and other guests are welcome! \n– Remember to bring a wrapped Radio Control hobby related (or adult beverage) gift worth a minimum of $20 for the New England Gift Exchange (aka Yankee Swap <== click for the rules)\n– Please bring an appetizer or desert to share\n– Please bring $20 per adult to help with the BBQ costs (kids eat free unless they are bottomless teenage hunger pits)\n– Prepayment via PayPal is appreciated: https://www.paypal.me/nvrcclub (If you pay now with PayPal\, please add a note that this is for the 2023 Holiday Party). \nSo we can get the BBQ order sized appropriately RSVP to Paul Lukas ASAP at paul.lukas@live.com.
