Annual Holiday Banquet

The NVRC Holiday Banquet will be held at the clubhouse in our president’s neighborhood from 5pm to 8pm. Barbeque will be served, gifts will be exchanged, laughter will occur, and all members, spouses, children and other guests are welcome!

– Remember to bring a wrapped Radio Control hobby related (or adult beverage) gift worth a minimum of $20 for the New England Gift Exchange (aka Yankee Swap <== click for the rules)
– Please bring an appetizer or desert to share
– Please bring $20 per adult to help with the BBQ costs (kids eat free unless they are bottomless teenage hunger pits)

We will need some volunteers for set-up and break-down. We have a Sign-Up Genius for the event to gather volunteers to help and maybe track who is attending to help with buying drinks and ordering food. Here is the link to the sign-up:
